Wow, I think I'll have to read over that for a while to fully understand it.

There is just a last few things I need confirmation over:

What is the '1GB GeForce' and '1024MB GeForce' about?
Will that PSU definitely fit my motherboard and GPU?
And, will I need to buy an additional cooling system for my computer with these upgrades?

Those both signify that the card has a total of 1gb dedicated RAM/memory.

Thanks for the swift and direct response!
Seeing as I only have 2GB of Ram in my machine, would this bottle-neck the GPUs performance? Or does this mean that the card can use for Ram when running..?

No problem!

No, your RAM will not bottleneck your GPU.

This means the card has it's own built on/in RAM so it doesn't need to use any of your other 2gb's.

Ah wow, thanks I did wonder about that! I know that my CPU is a bit dated though, would that bottle-neck my GPU performance?

It might.
If it does, it shouldn't be too much of an issue though.

Oh okai, that's good to hear! Do you know what the price ranges are for suitable CPU upgrades on a machine like mine? [Grammar fail]

To be honest, without upgrading your motherboard and RAM as well, your going to have very few options as far as upgrades.

Just the CPU.

This GPU upgrade is fine.
