Replacing a power supply for a Gateway system?

Hey everyone,

Most computer companies 'cut corners' are power supplies, so I'm not at all surprised that my current computer's power supply is a mere 300 watt. I'm looking to upgrade, and recently found a 600 watt power supply: (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?Sku=ULT31848)

I'm mainly wanting to know if this power supply is compatible with this Gateway system: (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2205205&CatId=1885)

As of right now I have no knowledge of power supplies. If the above power supply cannot be installed on this system, please direct me to a power supply that can and what I should be looking for other than watts when buying.

EDIT: Ok, did some research. Looks like the form factor is BTX, and not ATX, so therefor they aren't compatible, right? Can someone direct me to a BTX power supply and explain how I can install it?

to install it is a piece of cake, just plug in those plugs that the old one has it's power line pluged in.
