Default Replacing mobo need advice suggestions

Hello, my current mobo which is below on my signature die during a blackout, I currently searching for a mobo no more than $120 but with possibly the same features as the one I had.

Is there any particular thing I should worry about like for example Z77 or H77 chipset?

Thanks for any suggestions, input as always. I'll leave a link to my current and sadly dead mobo just for reference..

Need Z series chipset to continue with that OC. Just grab the Z77 Extreme 3 or 4.
