I am thinking of buying a refubished computer
good or bad
and if you have bought one "does it work?"

Refurbished means "fixed up with new parts" by the manufacturer.

don't be so sure it's new parts.

refurbished are a good deal, but don't look for performance computers in that area, they're usually a risk. wat really matters is the reviews on the model of the comp, so do your research online before, because refurbs don't usually come w/ any guarantee or warranty.

think twice before buying one, but it's worth your time and effort once you get a nice one.

best of luck

Dude just build your own cause that is the cheapest pc you can get!!!

And you will have a better chance of that working than that refurbished pc!!!

Refurbished computers, in my mind, are good for getting that cheap second or third pc. I got my mom a P3 800mhz refurb so she could do email and type for her classes, etc. and it's been great. For quality purposes I wouldn't recommend one for your main pc if you're doing gaming, editing, anything higher end.

i've used refurb computers for c++ programming and it works great.

never had any problems with it.
