Default recommended temperature

Does anyone know webpage or something where it gives you a list of CPUs and tells you a recommended/maximum temperature for each one? I'm running a core 2 duo E4500. it idles at 34 celsius and loads at 58 celsius. Shud i get a better hsf or is this ok?

thats fine. Stay away from the 60's. Have you gone to Intel's website?

Idle: 30-40
Load: Under 65

My computer uses 1.5A-load, .8A-idle, .65A-standby, .05A-turned off on 125V.
