Default REALLY Old Card

i removed this from a discarded computer years ago. i am not sure what it is, or how to tell. i THINK its a very early graphics card. is there any reason to keep this, or is it only good for scrap?

Take that card out into the garden, poop directly onto the card, take a picture of the card and your smiling face, post said picture onto this forum.
