Re-enable video card

Alright, so I have no onboard video. I accidently disabled my previous video card, thinking I did have onboard. Now I can't see anything on startup, and I need to get the graphics card working again. How should I do this?

Clear the CMOS, or change a Jumper/DIP Switch Setting on the video card itself. Rfer to the Manual or manufactures site for setting information.
