Default ram and vista 86

Hi all i am using vista 86 know i now it only supports 3 gig.But
will 4 gig slow it down or make it faster just want to know

It will likely read close to 3.5GB, so it will be slightly better with 4 instead of 3.

Having 4GB won't cause any side effects, if that's what you mean. It just simply won't use the extra bit.
