Default RAM upgrade | what ddr3 1600 2x8gb should i buy?

Hi guys, i have 4gb(2x2gb 1600) in my system and i would like to add 2x8gb so i have 20. My current ram is 1600 so i think that's what i should get, i've heard that you shouldn't mix frequencies. I'm from poland so the ram should be available in polish shop morele.net, there are a few that i found, tell me what do you think about them and if they're bad tell me what should i get, up to 560zł (about $150 but everything is more expensive here).

2x8GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM Plug n Play - KHX16C9P1K2/16 w Morele.net
FURY DDR3-1600MHz 16GB CL10 (HX316C10FBK2/16) w Morele.net

My current PC specs:

Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0
Corsair CX500M
Phenom II x6 1055t
CoolerMaster 212 evo
Radeon HD5770 1gb
ADATA 2x2GB 1600
Samsung 840 evo 120gb
Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200RPM

The second one is fine. Btw 8+4 = 12 and I wouldn't run all 4 sticks on that setup anyways. It could cause stability issues with the CPU.

I'm getting two 8gb sticks so 16 + 4 i already have, if i will have problems with this setup i can always take my old 4 out and still run 16gb which is plenty i think.
I actually found cl8 ram here:
Tactical DDR3 16GB/1600 (2*8GB) BLT2CP8G3D1608DT1TX0CEU w Morele.net
I don't know much about ram and i would like to get best for the money.

It doesn't really matter much. The cheapest 1600MHz you can find. RAM timings don't matter much for general purpose or gaming.

If you have random blue screens or general instability take the extra sticks out. Otherwise try them in first. The issue lies with a weak IMC (memory controller) on the Phenom 2 chips, which I also see the same problem with the 955BE in my server as well as all the older Phenom 2 chips I had around 2009. Just a common issue.

Ok, i've seen some benchmarks and the difference is really like 0.2 fps in games, but what about programs like ps, ai, c4d, vegas etc. will i see any noticeable difference between 10 and 9 cl ram? I don't know much about it and i don't want to buy that cl10 fury because it looks nice and loose like 10% performance.

Benchmarks in games is a negligible difference due to variations and inconsistencies. Basically, RAM speed and timing makes NO difference in gaming. Applications like which you listed off same thing. My 64GB kit of RAM was 2133 and I'm now using a 16GB kit of 1600. There is no real difference because we aren't memory bandwidth limited in the least.

Just make sure they're set to 1600 in the bios.
