Default RAM for SCSI Controller

hi, my friend has a PCI Adaptec AAA-131U2 RAID/SCSI Card, HE fried the ram that came with it, it requires ECC EDO DIMM up to 64 MB of ram, if anyone has any information on this card/or type of ram that this requires and or where he can buy some please give us some insight...thanks in advance.

4096 MB RAM
Dual Mirrored 500 GB HDDs
Windows Server 2003 x64 R2 SP2
