Default RAM Question

Im looking to buy Kingston 1GB DDR2 PC2-4200/533MHz ECC CL4 1.8V Unbuffered and wondered if its any good or if I should just go for the Crucial 1GB kit (512MBx2) DDR2 PC2-4200 CL=4 UNBUFFERED ECC DDR2-533 1.8V

And also will these both be ok to mix in a Biostar Tforce 550 with my two 512mb sticks. A corsair PC3200 (200Mhz) and a Nanya Technology PC3200 (200Mhz)?

Thanks

The Biostar only supports 667 and 800 o.o
also, why are you buying ECC ram?

I thought when the biostar mentioned 667 / 800 it meant it supported up to that speed, meaning it would support all the lower ones aswell.

Whats ECC ram ?

EDIT: So the Crucial 1GB 240-PIN DIMM UNBUFF DDR2 PC5300 will be compatible, but I wont be able to use my old sticks?

ECC ram is usually for servers. And also you won't be able to use your current ram, with the TForce 550, because it only supports DDR2 ram, and your currrent is DDR.
