is this ram compatible

hey all u uber computer tech guys,
im wondering if this ram will be compatible with my mobo ; ASUS P4S533-x.

It will, but it will only run at PC2700 speeds. I suggest looking for 2GB of PC2700, it'll save you some money and won't be overkill. By the way, what do you need 2GB of RAM for?
