Default Ram-check before I purchase

I'm upgrading my tablet PC (that I purchased off a trade here ) and I want to upgrade from 256 ram and put in 1 GB more.

According to this article (thought I would appreciate if someone could double-check for me):
HP Compaq Tablet PC TC1100 - North America/U.S. QuickSpecs
I believe I have an extra ram slot open. I believe the extra slot can take:
any amount of 333-MHz DDR SDRAM.

So would this ram fit the part? (it's in Greek so I'll post specifics):
E-SHOP.GR: Λεπτομέρειες προϊόντος
# Length: 1024ΜΒ.
# Memory Type: DDR1 SDRAM PC2700.
# Speed: 333MHz.
# CAS Latency: 3

So if anyone could double check and get back to me I would highly appreciate it!
Thanks in advance!

Default Re: Ram-check before I purchase

Download a program called CPU-Z to check the Max Bandwidth. Don't want to be suggesting something that can't be used on that laptop.
