Ram-check before I purchase

I'm upgrading my tablet PC (that I purchased off a trade here ) and I want to upgrade from 256 ram and put in 1 GB more.

According to this article (thought I would appreciate if someone could double-check for me):

I believe I have an extra ram slot open. I believe the extra slot can take:
any amount of 333-MHz DDR SDRAM.

So would this ram fit the part? (it's in Greek so I'll post specifics):

Download a program called CPU-Z to check the Max Bandwidth. Don't want to be suggesting something that can't be used on that laptop.
