Wouldn't want to buy a MoBo with no PCI slots just to find out your Modem or something is in one.

my P4 is in Socket 478, where can I see if I need SATA, my current motherboard is ATX, I have my modem (which I don't use anymore) in one PCI slot, and nothing else.
 
All of those listed above are PC3200 (DDR400) capable, so naturally they should be backwards compatible with PC2700. Only the SiS 655FX-based board supports dual-channel memory (well, unless that's a big deal to you).
