Or Even this one
Newegg.com - AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+(65W) Windsor 2.4GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 Processor - Retail
Would those processors come with a heat pad on the heatsink? Or would I have to buy and apply cpu thermal paste?

Since it's retail, the heatsink will have a thermal pad. But most will recommend you take off the thermal pad, and apply thermal paste (AS5), because it gives a much better contact, between the heatsink and CPU.

Ok, And I Heard that If you use As5, It will void your warrenty, so I looked up on it and in the warrenty it states

"This Limited Warranty shall be null and void if the AMD microprocessor which is the subject of this Limited Warranty is used with any heatsink/fan other than the one provided herewith."

But I'm using the same heatsink, just without the heatpad...
