Default a quick question here

one quick question here and maybe a rather silly question:
there are two mobos in newegg almost the same but with different prices. tell me the difference pls
1. GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3R
2 GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R

the only difference i v found is as follows:
ATX (305 x 244mm) vs ATX (305 x 210mm)
and the memory is a littlbe bittle different the GA-P35-DS3R support ddr3.

will these differences cost 20 bucks?

thx in advance.

He said it's probably the "new" one of the old one.

GIGABYTE - Product - Motherboard - Overview - GA-EP35-DS3R (rev. 2.1)
energy efficient. They've put out a whole line replacing older boards

get it. and i think the new lineup supporting the ddr3 is the reason why it costs 20 bucks more.
thank you very much.
