As S0ULphIRE stated, yes, it is.
It needs 2 6-pin PCI-Expresss power connectors and at least a 500W PSU.
The Corsair TX650 has 2 6+2-pin PCI-Express connectors, and is obviously over 500W.
On a side note, I'm glad to see people checking compatibility, especially with a good power supply. The Power supply is one of the components in a computer with the highest failure rate. A well built PSU is very unlikely to fail prematurely.
