If your power plug for the board is like this:

it will work . I don't really know what the difference between 20 and 24 boards is. I have two computers, one 20 and the other 24.

A 20 pin has 20 un-removable pins. (should only be used in 20 pin mobos)
A 24 pin has 24 un-removablek pins. (only works in 24 pin mobos)
A 20+4 pin has a 20 pin connector and then a 4 pin removable connector (this will work in both 20 and 24 pin mobos just by adding or removing that +4 connector).

Is there a reason your getting a micro-atx mobo? Either way the 24 or 20+4 pin should work just fine for you.

A 24 pin psu will work in a 20 pin motherboard. It worked for me :D

A 20 pin psu will usually work in a 24 pin motherboard but stability, power isues maybe be a problem. I guess shuold is the right word :D

Just get a 24 pin psu

I agree whole-heartedly.

There are too many things that can go wrong when using a 20 pin connector in a 24 pin mobo. Don't take a chance.
