Question about TV Out on Ati Radeon 7000

so I have the parts coming in for a new PC Build...
in fact at this time I only have a laptop and nothing else,
im planning on running this computer through the TV because I dont plan on buying a monitor for it.
Question: will the TV Out on the Radeon work right out of the box, or would I need a PC Monitor to complete setup?

as long as u have the right cable (dont quote me on this one) i think it should work
unless u need toenable it from windows
in wich case u willneed to use a monitor to set it up and then connect it to the TV
if u dont want to buy one just use an old crap 15" CRT or borrow something from a friend

(u can probably get it in PDF online)
