Question

K I think I already know the answer, but I just want to be sure.

I have this mobo: Newegg.com - Open Box: MSI P6N SLI-FI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard

I want a new video card.. but everything good out now is PCI-E 2.0.. on the mobo specs, I only see PCI-e, not 2.0.

Sooo does this mean I would need a new mobo?

No dude it means your alright, the card will just run 2 at a high speed on its own.

PCIe 2.0 graphic cards are backwards compatible with motherboards supporting PCIe 1.1
