Default Q6600 SLACR or Q8200.

Q6600 has better everything...go for it.

only reason Q8200 has a higher FSB is because it has a smaller multiplier

I would get a E8400 or E8500 over either of them.

The Q6600 is faster. But like Puddle Jumper said, your better off getting an E8400 or E8500.

Here are some charts:
Comparative Tests of Inexpensive Quad-Core Processors (page 7) - X-bit labs

You could easily overclock the E8500 to the E8600 speeds.

Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it":
"Please take the chairs away. I don't like them. The big one is staring at me and that short one is being very droll."

q8200 is worse than a q6600..

I'd go with the Dualie route unless you are a multi-task crazed dude
