PSU upgrade and Graphics Card

Im planning to buy a PSU - Corsair VX Series, 450 Watt, ATX, PS: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics & Photo

and this graphics card: XFX Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (HD-485X-YDFC) [HD-485X-YDDC] Graphics and Video ATI HD 4830/4850 Series

Although im not sure if my motherboard is compatible with that PSU along with the Graphics card

My current PC - Information and Instructions - IMEDIA MC 2569 - PB34330401 - iMedia - platform_honeymoon_imedia - Desktop

PS - im not a tech expert and i could use some good advice.
