Default psu recommendation

i'm looking to build myself a computer, but i'm not sure what size power supply i should need. could you offer some suggestions? i may do some overclocking, but i'm not sure. thanks for the help.

I think you need at least a 750W for that setup.

Um, no you don't, a 550W psu will be just fine. 650W will givce overhead, 750W will allow for a dual gpu setup.

Yha, I missed the "dual" words... a nice 750 like this: Newegg.com - Antec High Current Gamer Series HCG-750 750W ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V v2.91 SLI Certified CrossFire Certified 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
Would be plenty... and can get even beastlier cards.

You'll want as many Amps on the 12V rails as you can afford, by a decent company.
