Default PSU Recommendation

What would you recommend for a power supply for this:
MSI P31 Motherboard
Core2Duo 2.66 GHz
2 Hard Drives
2 DVD-RW Drives
ATI Radeon 9250 (at the moment - this will be upgraded soon)
1 GB RAM (will also be upgraded)
If you can't recommend one, what would you say the minimum specs should be (e.g. wattage, etc)?
Thanks.

It depends on which video card you will be upgrading to. 250w-300w will have plenty of power.

Here is one that will handle a more powerful mid-range card:
Newegg.com - SeaSonic SS-350ES ATX12V/V2.2, 350W, PFC, 80+, 2SATA Power Supply - OEM
