Default PSU question.

Alright, so i plopped 4 hard drives totalling 580gb into a spare 1.33 thunderbird i had in order to make it a file server, but my cheapy psu that came with my case apparently doesnt like it. Add to that my 5pci cards, dvdrw, floppy, agp card. SO, i wanted to know if you guys could recommend a CHEAP psu that i could swap in there. I dont really feel like buying something too crazy, since this is kind of a project pc. Thanks in advance.

I am no PSU genius but I have this PSU
(39.99)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817153023

Hooked up to this:
2 optical drives
2 Hard Drives
1 Floppy Drive
a pentium 4 prescott 2.8ghz
2x 512mb ram
7800GS
1 sound card
1 firewire card
cold cathode light
1 fan

It might work for you.

EDIT: but than again... the 12v is pretty low amperage...... sooooo have someone else suggest one for you.

uzi9mm, I would change that PSU. I doubt it will last long running a system like that. Maybe a year and a half if you're lucky.
