whats a good amp-age for a psu? the one im looking at is
(only showing the 12v rails)


Rosewill RD400-2-DB 400W

+12V1@14A
+12V2@13A
-12V@0.3A

so does that mean that its 27.3 amps?

and then i was looking at this one

FSP Group SAGA+ 400R 400W

+12V1@18A
+12V2@16A
-12V@0.3A

does that one have 35?


and i need help chosing a CPU cooler for a AMD Athlon 64 X2 black : )
 
it's really better for a single +12v rail. on mine i'm running a sing rail@ 54 amps....amps are really important to things such as video cards...the higher the amps, the better...and yes for the total amount of amperage add up all the rails
