I've had mixed response from other people, some are saying get a 500w, whilst others are saying it's perfectly fine.

Could I get your opinions please?

Oh, and 2 other things. Is that gfx card PCI-E 16x? It doesn't say in the description. Also, is this motherboard compatible with all that?

That power supply should do fine. I have that same power supply, running 3700+, 1GB ram, x1950pro, 2 hard drives, an optical, and 2 case fans...with no problems, and it's on 24/7..

Yes...that graphic card is PCI-E 16x.

...and from the motherboard, everything looks fine and compatible.
