Default Which PSU?

Hmm. I'm in a debate between two PSU's:

I don't think I need the extra watts, I won't be running anything too powerful (no 8800GTX here ). Any input? Thanks.

edit: I will be running a P5B-Deluxe with an e6600, and this video card

I like both Thermaltake and Antec (as well as Enermax, OCZ and BFG) power supplies, so either of those companies gets my thumbs up. The 430 is certainly enough power supply for the rig you're planning. I tend to keep my case and power supply and upgrade the motherboard/processor/etc (multiple times), so if you are future-proofing, go with the Antec. I like the dual 12V rails and dual fans it has, too.

Case: Enermax CS-A106USB
Motherboard: ASUS P5N32-E SLI
CPU: Intel E6300(idle 35C/load 39C)
RAM: OCZ Platinum Rev 2 DDR2 800 MHz (4 x 1GB) 4-4-4-15-T1 (2.1v)
Hard Disk: Seagate 2x250GB SATA ST3250620AS in RAID1
Monitor: Mitsubishi DP900u
Graphics: BFG GeForce 8800GT PCI-E
Sound: SoundBlaster X-Fi Fatal1ty
Speakers: Klipsch ProMedia v.2-400 4.1 speakers
Optical: LiteOn 16X DVD-ROM; Sony DRU-710A DVD-RW

Thanks a bundle! Also, thanks for the reply on the Sound Card thread I made. . Now I just have to wait until the end of April/beginning of May, and then I'll post the build that I'm planning, and see what everything thinks!
