The MSI (last one) doesn't support hyper-threading.

The first one supports RAID 0/1.

The second has Intel chipsets and Realtek sound.

If it were me, I'd get the first one (Asus). Besides, it has the highest rating.

for RAM, I'd get PQI

what video card you looking at?
the amount of memory doesn't really tell you how good a video card is.
you could have a 128MB video card that's better than a 256MB video card.
