Default Problems doing mild gaming

Ok, so I recently built a budget system:

Athlon 64 LE-1640
Biostar MCP6P-M2 Mobo
Chaintech GeForce 8600gt
2gb ddr2 800
535 watt PSU

While playing WoW, I randomly get weird stuff going all over my screen like this-

I'm more or less double checking, Is there anything it could be besides my graphics card?

check the connection of the monitor to the video card, mine was acting up and that seemed to slightly solve the problem although im pretty sure my gfx card is screwed up.

Also check to see if you've got the latest drivers for your graphics card, just in case.
