just got a c3d x1800xt used driver cleaner tryd lates drivers and old 1s but i get 30fps on css 
not good i have a msi rs480 motherboard 1 gig ram stick amd athlon 3000+cpu hyper type 580 psu .......i used to have a 6600gt and it would do bout 80 fps but evry now and then id get a sound loop the game would freeze then crash comp n restart this card is doin the same but as i say 30fps what could it b ...a dodgy pci e slot ? i ant got a clue should i rma it im stuck . any ideas guys plz help iv bn tryin to sort this since 6.30 pm its now 4.50 am :/ and im at the end ov my tether thx pig
