Power Supply Question

Is there a way to run a test on your computer to see how much wiggle room your power supply has. I want to add a couple of fans; however, I think i'm getting close to maxing out the PSU. Should I just upgrade to be safe or is there a more technical way to stay safe?

Fans don't put much of a load at all on your PSU. Chances are, if you can't add anymore fans then you have too much strain on your PSU as it is.
