Power supply help for new graphics card

Well I believe the recommended power for a 3850 is 450 Watt with 30 amps on 12V rail.

I can only think of this for a cheaper solution, you could get this:

Then you would need a 6 pin to 6+2 cable:

Edit: Sorry I didn't see that you posted the XCLIO Stablepower
 
Actually there are two 12V rails, so its 34 amps total which would be enough. That XCLIO would work too, because that has a combined of 36 amps. But it doesn't have a 6+2 PCI-E pin, so you would still need that adapter I posted.
