Default Power Supply calculator

In my quest to find a resource explaining how to decided what size PSU to go with, I ran across this
PSU calculator

It doesn't seem to be as current as I'd like, but it gives a very good baseline from which to work.

Something you guys should remember too is that most PSU's don't put out the actual rated power, most are about 10-15% below the rated output.

Mods, this seems to be a hot topic, can you sticky this?
