Newegg.com - PC Power & Cooling Silencer PPCS370X 370W ATX12V 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies
or cheaper...
Newegg.com - FSP Group ATX350-PA 350W ATX 12V (v 2.2) Power Supply - Power Supplies

Fat.Clown's suggestion is also good.

Now if I would have said a 500 watt ps, someone would have said thats to low.

I'm assuming he is a power user, possibly a gamer?

It's like buying a corvette with a 4 banger in it, just doesnt belong.
Considering reading the specs he posted, it's more like putting a 454 in a kia rio.

No, there are many different standards and models, you need to know your exact motherboard model and video card model along with how many cd-roms, harddrive and additonal add on cards you have to best be able to choose a power supply.

Its alot easier now a days because almost any motherboard within the last 5 years uses the same power supply standard.

You will most likely need a power supply with at least a 20/24 main connector, a 4 pin or 8 pin motherboard connector, at least 4-5 molex or SATA connectors and with at least 1 6 Pin PCIE connector, (Some video cards need 2 6 pin and some need 1 8 pin and 1 6 pin)

Just ask before purchasing if you are unsure.
