Default Power Supply

Recently, my power supply decided that it didn't want to run anymore. So, I went out and bought a 480W Antec Earth Power PSU for $85 @ Staples. I know I could find it cheaper, but I needed one right then.

The next day (today), a friend called and said that Staples had an Antec TruePower 500W PSU on clearance for $55.

Is this a good deal, or should I try to find something else?

I'm not too sure on the specs of either really so I can't say. However 500w of Antec for 55 bucks sounds like a good deal for me, retun the earth Power maybe?

Yea, return the earth power. I heard it's not as good as the TruePower series.

Yep go do it. The Truepower are better than the Earth I thought too and more watts for 25 bucks cheaper...do it! heh
