Default Possible to build Dual quad i7 (8cores total)?

Hi guys can you help me build this hypothetical system.

Would this motherboard be able to socket two i7 quadcores? Newegg.com - Computer Hardware,Motherboards,Server Motherboards,Dual LGA 1366

and if not, can anyone link me a motherboard that can hold two I7 quadcore chips?

what are you gonna be using this hypothetical system for?

Those boards only support xeon processors.

If you're a gamer, this isn't your best option. These are server class motherboards and cpus.

No I don't really play games. These are going to be for high end sound/music production/rendering etc. So those boards support xeon only..and can you please tell me why the xeons are so much more expensive if I'm not mistaken I thought i7 and xenons were identical yet i7 is 250$ and xenon is 1200$?? Or can you correct me.
