Pls comment on my mobo/CPU combo

Hello all,

My first build, want to ensure the new CPU I buy will work in my exst mobo. I only do MS office application work and surfing, no gaming or 3D stuff. I currently have this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131484

I want to buy either of these two cpus:

If either will work, small difference in price between the two, should I just get the higher priced CPU?
