Please reccomend a Graphics Card for this config

I'd say unless you are willing to upgrade your psu and processor, your system either won't power or will bottleneck anything better than this.

The bright side is that it should run the games you listed adequately.

It does not have a PCI-E connector. I know this config will get bottelnecked, so am thinking of investing in a better rig after I save up for it. I just need a quick, dirty and cheap solution. Spore takes forever to load, and Quake 4 frames. Even an old Graphics card will do, just need something entry level. Do you people think investing in more RAM will solve the problem? Is this a cheaper solution?

It won't help any, because these games are going on the GPU, which is honestly, crap right now.. I'd say get a card even if it bottlenecks and upgrade your motherboard and CPU another time.

RAM really won't help you with your lag problems in games
