Could be better...

For $519 you could have an e5200 build, with a PSU that's actually good with an HD 4850

I think you might want to consider revamping your whole build

Someone's going to point out a better PSU I'm sure.

I was going to suggest a better mobo, but if you want to keep it under that cost, it's kinda hard.

EDIT: Vernong has a point, the only reason I would be building a budget AMD build is if you were skimping on a video card, but since you're buying one...

He could get more RAM too... (I'd love it if you hated Intel and went AMD, but I'll recommend Intel so I don't get attacked)
