Performance issues

Now im sure this is just my computer but i thought id send out the specs to see if i could get a hand in upgrading my hardware.

Xp Home

Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.00GHz

512 Mb Ram

Maxtor 6E030L0

AMIBIOS 080009

INTEL BUS

MAXIMUM CACHE SIZE 8KB

MONITER: SAMSUNG SYNCMASTER

MOTHERBOARD: ASUSTEK P4P800SE

RADEON 9800 Pro

Thats my specs it would be great if I could get some information if this is caused by error or if its my hardware.

Along with this game and many other games my computer can't function properly i was thinking maybe bugged memory or something.

More RAM, at least another 512, photoshop eats RAM.

ok so an increase on ram what else should I upgrade vid card? World of warcraft is pretty much the most hardware demanding game I play.
