Default PCMCIA Card for a laptop?

I was thinking about buying the Hp Pavilion dv 8130. I chose this one over the dv 8140 model because it cost a bit less. the only thing is it doesnt come with the tv tuner or DVR . I was told that if I get a PCMCIA card i could install a tv tuner and would be able to use a dvr. i dont know how true this is. Is anyone familar with this. If so can you give me any recommendationds on what exactly do I need to get and the average prices. Thanks

I agree, a USB tuner/dvr is going to be better. More quality, options, and you can hook it up to a tower as well.

Yes, you should search google, or newegg.com, or the such, instead of having everyone else point out the obvious for you... please
