Default PCI Video card

Does anyone know where I can find a PCI video card for a Dell dimension 3000? My sister had to upgrade her moniter to a Dell SR2220L monitor which is not able to get close to the 1920 X 1080 max resolution on her current video card.

I just bought an ATI radeon x1300 off ebay for like 25 bucks and im fairly sure that it will do a 1080p resolution.
