Default PCI Upgrade help

Ok so im buying a new PCI card like soon and im wondering which one to get. It should run under 380W and be less that 75$... Also need to run on 4X. Its a Dell DimensioN 8200

Are you talking about a video card? If so it would be AGP for that model of dell. If not what type of pci card are you getting ie network, sound? A PCI card can be many things.
