i have 3 hard drives, and 2 dvd-rw drives, with one aux cd drive that i want to install.
i have the power splitters in the case, so power isn't an option. i even have the ide controller card.

everything is plugged in exactly how i like it, but i can't get to that second bios screen or set up my other drives on that ide controller card!

i remember about a year ago when i bought the card that i removed a jumper from it...problem is, i don't remember where it went. i DO know that it didn't work then either, though.

what i'm wondering is (since every possible search shows null results for the particular card i'm using) is how in the world i can get all of my drives to run...to be recognized.

can anyone help me?

i've tried looking the card up but it's nowhere to be found.
it's "PCI local bus" with serial "JDC4000 ver. 0.02"

i'd love any help you can give me.
this is a real stumper for something that's usually an easy thing to do!

Welcome to Tech-Forums!

So what you are trying to get to work is your IDE controller? Or getting past POST? Also, is all your Optical Drives and HDD running on IDE?
