Can i put a pci express 16x card in a pci express x1 slot?

is there a card i can buy to put in the x1 slot?

there is no point really, PCI-E 1x is about the same as the original AGP except with bi-directional bandwidth. you can get workstation graphics cards from manufacturers like Matrox but no gaming cards. there are some expansion cards
