Okay, I'm building a PC tomorrow as soon as the parts I need get to my house via UPS. This is what I have so far:

Intel Core 2 Duo E6400
1GB DDR 400 (got free)
Case
Hard Drives
Optical Drives
Screwdriver
Power Strip w/ surge protector
Silicone paste

This is what I'll be getting via UPS tomorrow:

HIS Hightech ATI Radeon x1950 Pro 256 Ice3Q
ABIT IP-95 LGA 775 Motherboard
NMEDIAPC 500w PSU
MASSCOOL 90mm CPU Ball Cooler

So to be prepared, is this everything I'll need?

Why you don't get E6420, instead of E6400 ? It cost the same as I know !!!

I don't think that your motherboard supports DDR, you need to have DDR2

For the video card, I recommend 7950GT OC which cost only $140 after rebate, and it performs better than X1950pro

That motherboard does support, both DDR and DDR2:

Beats the 7950GT and X1950PRO.

I agree with maroon, on the E6420. It's the same price with E6400, and has 2mb more cache.
