PC can't boot up?

my p4 1.9 now in disaster
when i turn power on the light
lit but no bootup happens
i brought to technician,he took out rams ,clean them putit back and it came to life
when i brought it back
it happened again though i tried what he did,cleaned rams,screwed the board tighter...
Can someoen point out what's wrong?

This kind of thing happened to my computer a while back. Have you added any hardware to it recently (after the technician used it). Unplug and unnecessary connections and try booting again. Tell me what happens.

no diidn't add anything
but this pc is brandname which does some tricks in the case
all of components are cheap,psu is under 300 i think
mainboard is loose too
i suspect it has to do with mainboard
cos when i tookout the rams and inserted them in again it will boot again
last year b4 i could have it operate well,i had to tame it for several weeks ( like boot it and power off,....)
i think that cycle is coming again
