PC build for parents

Ok so I have the job of building my rents a PC, I built my self a gaming rig last summer
ok so i already have a 7600gt, and a 430W psu from my older gaming rig that im gonna give to them.

so i need
mobo
ram
cpu
case
cd/dvd optical
hdd

THEY DO NOT NEED ANYTHING OVER THE TOP AT ALL!
ALL THEY DO IS CHECK THEIR EMAIL, GO ON THE WEB, BANKING... NORMAL USAGE!

Buget: Under $400 for sure, $250-$350 would be great

yeah thats basically the same build i came up with accept i picked 2x1gb corsair, but i guess they dont need 2gb eh

$67.40. Has GeForce 6100 GFX, but is mATX. All I can find with onboard are mATX, though.

If you go with onboard, get the 2 gigs to compensate for the RAM it will use. Still cheaper than a GFX card.

well im just gonna give them my old 7600gt i replaced it with a 8800gts 640mb in my rig.
