Default pc build

Can someone take a look at this and tell me what they think... Its a new build.

Motherboard 1 - Newegg.com - ASRock H55M LGA 1156 Intel H55 HDMI Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

Or (either is fine whichever works better)

Motherboard 2 - Newegg.com - ECS H55H-M(1.0) LGA 1156 Intel H55 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

Processor - Micro Center - Core i3 530 Processor Boxed

RAM - Micro Center - 4GB DDR3-1600 (PC-12800) Gold Low Voltage CL8 Memory Kit (Two 2GB Memory Modules)

Video Card - Micro Center - TurboCache GeForce 9600 GSO 512MB (1GB TC) GDDR3 PCIe 2.0 x16 Graphics Card

Hard Drive - Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Blue WD3200AAKS 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

DVD Burner - Newegg.com - LITE-ON Black 24X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 8X DVD+R DL 22X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW SATA CD/DVD Burner - Bulk - CD / DVD Burners

Power Supply - Micro Center - Tomahawk 405 Watt ATX 12V Power Supply

Total = 425.88

I am going to be gaming but not really to high end but i enjoy playing my games (starcraft diablo css etc) in windows and not fulscreen so i can multitask, so is this good enough for that? other things i plan on doing is downloading movies and games and music.

And idk if this is really relevent but im using a 24" HD monitor that will double as my tv when im not on the computer (which admittedly will not be often)

It all looks to be compatible.

I would try to bump the video card up to a 4850. The hard drive is good but it appears you could get a 500GB HD for $5 more. like this:
Newegg.com - SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

I'm not familiar with Tomahawk power supplies, but it doesn't look very good; try to get one from a better brand like Antec, Corsair, or similar.

ill try the new hard drive but the PSU is cheaper and got some good reviews, and right now im pushing the money factor as is so if i need to upgrade later 15 or 20 bucks for this PSU isnt even worth worrying about
